Intym Properties is a real estate investment firm. We are not a real estate brokerage and do not act as an agent representing buyers or sellers in agency transactions. 3.1 Your consent

You may consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Intym Properties by providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form at intym-web-production.up.railway.app. You agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Intym Properties as described in our Privacy Policy.

3.2 Opt-out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Opting out of SMS does not terminate any other agreement you have with us.

3.3 Carrier responsibility

You are responsible for any message and data rates charged by your wireless carrier. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your carrier or device. Purchase of any product or service is not required to participate in our SMS program.

3.4 Number changes

You are responsible for notifying us if your phone number changes. We are not liable for messages sent to a number you previously provided but no longer own.

Any cash offer we present is non-binding until reduced to a written, signed purchase agreement. Offers are subject to property inspection, title review, and other due diligence. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any offer at any time prior to a signed agreement.
